full streamlining should be allowed,90 percent of all the power is used to cut thought the air,it was banned because the bikes were to fast,and they didn't have the handling and brakes we have today,as well as safety equipment.
Watching these eBikes at Laguna Seca last July proved to me that they will be serious retail competition for gas powered bikes once the prices become competitive. I can't wait to see where motorcycles are in 2015!
@root9king I love gas engines,but electrics will as time goes on break every speed record their is,they are so efficient some 80-90 percent,once batteries catch up and streamlining becomes common place,there's no stopping them.
Nice to see the electrics are getting regognition in Europe. I wish that would happen here in the US. Too much money at stake with the car manufacturers in bed with the oil companies me thinks. I don't have an electric motorcycle, but I do use an electric bicycle. 18 mile round trip on 4 cents of electricity! Can't be beat by anything using gas.
Buy an electric bike guys! Drive around and let the people be inspired and want one for them selfs.. It cannot be cleaner and more efficient transportation than this. Iam seriously going to buy one. Iam thinking about Brammo empulse but id definatelly want this one in the video.. What a beauty

U have to be asleep not to hear that. I did and it sounded cool too! No.3 allday, no offense but the rest looked ugly anyway. Funny, top speed is not even 100mph when the vectrix goes to 125mph which was made 3 years ago. Thanks for the upload.
@IllSoundEnt top speed is upto 140 mph they were referring to 100mph average speed which is VERY fast. last year a HM plant Cbr1000rr hit the 130 mph average speed which is insane, but these bikes arent that far behind!!
they should fill a tennis court or something to recharge the bikes and actually do something cool for once.

The 100 mph mark nearly reached refers to average speed not top speed. Top speeds of over 140mph were reached.
