The price will be higher, even if they tap into this region, the ones who stand to benifit are the Oil companies, and particular nations, one must be noted there was a law that was lifted I believe??? Nationaly lifting the policing on the oil speculators, that needs to be put back in place in order to sustain fair pricing globally... No matter what the price will be high when they are only a hand full of refining campanies, and what they allow to produce, more investing in refining equip too...
