Please help!!!!!!! Very urgent!!! I got cydia downloaded just fine, got the app and everything. i ran it, didnt press anything because it was saying stuff like "downloading packages" and stuff, then it restarted. I pressed on the app again and it brought up a screen saying "Loading Data" and after about 5 minutes of that screen, it goes back to the home screen! Please respond!

jenny if your trying to use the same firmware you used your on your first gen and your trying to jailbreak a second gen it wnt work you need to downlaod the 2 gen firmware

This is the error i get, i already downloaded and upgraded to 3.0 (official) and when i browse for the firmware on my desktop under the ispw. name it is "Unable to recognize specified .ISPW" Its the same file i used to upgrade my ipod 1st gen.

if your wifi is greyed out in the settings then you have to get it replaced that happened to me but it wasnt to bad i still had my warranty and i got a new one in five seconds flat.

You don´t need to restore it. Your music will remain in your iPod... i din´t have any problem with doing it without restoring. I have already Jailbroken mi iPod on 2 firmwares: 1.1.3, 1.1.4 and now i have 3.0 firmware... I don´t now if i should jailbreak it or not. Someone pplease tell me!
