I was simply honoring the band that helped create Green Day's early sound. A Green Day fan, or just about any other fan of any other band KNOWS when a record isn't good enough - instead of fucking worshipping the band and dissing all the critics. I love Green Day.

I said the MUFFS were rougher in the end. 1st Green Day? Ever heard Dookie? That's one big Muffs influence unless you can't distinguish the influence in a song unless it's by the same fucking band. Even 1,039/SOSH.

Have you ever listened to Green Day's whole Nimrod album? Have you listened to anything in their old stuff other than their Singles and Radio 1 song hits? Have you listened to anything else other than old stiff When I Come Around, She, Basket Case, Hitchin a Ride, Brain Stew, and new stuff American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Holiday and 21 Guns just like every other idiot out there who always makes the wrong statement of the band.

It's called influences. The Muffs is one.

And I said the Muffs still remained ROUGHER AFTER the 90s. It's true. I'm a Green Day fan but I can't deny the fact that a song like Last Night on Earth still beats a Muffs song nowadays.
