What is going on here is that a low paid corporate employee is being questioned about carrying out policies her boss demands. The reason she denied this claim is because she'd lose her job if she didn't. Now that she is in a deposition and "on the spot" there really isn't much she can say. My only regret in this situation is that the corporate crooks who earn million dollar salaries who created this situation can't be here and forced to squirm and whine.

My guess is that her lawyer isn't there and that they told her to say "I don't remember" to anything she was absolutely sure on since that is very common, Very. Other than that she does seem to overplay it just a tad.
