Maybe Star Wars Bounty Hunter would work , it's a third person platforming game where you control Jango Fett instead of a clone though , but you have to use stealth to sneak up and get your bounties. It looks interesting to me , like you I wish there were more games about the clones. I'm not counting Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes because just.. bleh.
