Drago is a horrible Dancer. They will not be calling him for Dancing With The Stars to Dance with Chaz Bono! Nancy Grace, Chaz Bono & Bristol Palin have better Dance moves.
Art: the other Armemia is the best in the world! Geogio Petrosyan. Dago's name doesn't end in ian or yan! What type of an Armenian name is Drago? It sounds Italian.
Pajonsuk is a defense style nak-muaythai, he's great at clinching and kneeing, but this rule doesn't allow him to use his 2 great skills, and he's hurt from Armen Petrosyan last fight too. So it doesn't make Pajonsuk or any Thais look bad although Pajonsuk's lost.
haha petrosyan at the end lol ^^ ... anyway u say it showtime doesnt have good lightweight division??? look at the 70 k max tournament they are hosting in belgium... fucking big names! ww.fight nl
@505emmy Nobody ever put a gun to your head and forced you to watch kickboxing you know. You're totally free to restrict yourself to watching two Thai exchange predictable kicks on eachothers block, and get awarded points for poor technique by blocked strikes, and win matches against much better fighters because of stupid cuts made by the odd elbow.
@Blahb27 Poor technique?! Odd Elbow?! Obvious, you don't know much about Muay Thai, but rather decided to talk shit about it. Don't just talk, do the walk. Go challenge a Muay Thai fighter and post your fight on Youtube.
@Blahb27 we ARE forced to see kickboxing. The best fighters have to fight k1rules these days, because people are scared to see their fighters lose gainst thai. And poor technique in muay thai? You dont know anythin about it, because technique is the most important thing in muay thai and fighters get less points for poor technique. And I've (almost) never seen a better fighter lose by elbow, but I HAVE seen fighters win for just swinging away with no technique in Kickboxing! You shittalker
@Ericwvm More likely you're just frustrated because kickboxing has grown much larger than muai thai, because that's what everybody wants to see.
And nothing is so special about Thai fighters. All there is to that is that the poverty created a camp system where they're training far more than others. Nothing special about beating a guy who gets 20-30 less hours of training each week. If I were to fight someone with a similar difference in training I'd need an opponent without any training. ^_^
@Blahb27 It's not bigger. K1 is already bankrupt and showtime is only interesting in the heavy weight division. Dont know what u are talking about. And all the greatest fighters are fighting muay thai again (except for pussy petrsoyan).
And nothing is special about thai fighters?? Why are there several thais that never lost to a westerner, but not the other way around! And besides, the training of a pro thai fighter and a western pro fighter isnt that much, so thats bullshit.
@Blahb27 Pro fighters in the west who are the top of their game, all train 8 hours a day, infact a bunch of them go to Thailand to train... but to be training 8 hours a day, you'll also need to be talented also to be at the cream of the crop.
@MrPhon1984 That's all just focus. Acting all badass gets the adrenaline going. Drago is just focussed during his entrance and so on because that builds concentration and adrenaline. You got hundreds, maybe thousands of people looking at you, lights, loud music. If you don't shut that out you'll get distracted and probably nervous too.
Although looking like a moron is just as likely an outcome, some people really overdo the whole showmanship thing. I don't think Drago is one of them tho.
Pajonsuk was injured badly. He was hospitilized after the fight. bad luck for him, but Drago was just more fit and put up a good fight. I think pajonsuk deserved to be the winner, but not on this day
@MrPhon1984 yeah I know he didnt look hurt, but the fact remains he was hospitilised after the fight. He had a tough fighht with armen petrosyan (had to fight an extra round) before and now was almost knocked out by drago.
@MrPhon1984 I don't know the exact reason why he was hospitilised.. But yeah he looked slower, could be the jet lag too. But I would bet Pajonsuk wouldve killed Drago in muay thai rules. Even in K1 rules I think Pajonsuk would have no problem with him. A rematch would be interesting
pajonsuk got the same intro music as buakaw ...cool i think its considerd brotherhood or something shring the same intro
