  • is that a halfrep legbench press..

  • I did 910 2 days ago. I am 10 days from 17. :)

  • NICE 20 DEGREE LEG PRESS. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DIDN'T NOTICE.

  • atleast he filmed it with a rock :)

  • Way to lock out your legs on the extenions. I suggest you push down on your knees a little harder. Then you can show us the vid of you blowing out both your knees. fucking tool

  • Atleast his form isnt totally fucked up

  • Holy shit!!!....... is that Butterbean?!

  • Nice leg-chest workout

  • 14 years old and leg pressed 780 and can deadlift 390

  • nice man but you might want to invest in some knee wraps before you blow out your knees!

  • Butterbean, whats your best in the squat?

  • omg..FTW 861 kg ^^ u kidding me?

  • Good job. I honestly never new how much the sled was. I also like this because the looks you get from people.

  • im at 565 at 14

  • @TeamVisionMW2 video but i think your lieing ?

  • @DADYAL0121 it dont matter what you think lol but i know what i can do. i got nearly 850 at a tourne for my school

  • it depends on angle, with small incline its possible to do very heavy weight, the real measure of leg strength is squat exercise

  • @boobmasteris I can do lots of weight at the top of the repetition but by the bottom even the empty sled starts to feel heavyish. I have legs that can move a lot of weight and could probably ass to grass squat 100kg (+~40kg torso) but even a parallel squat with no extra weights and both legs employed starts to burn if held in one place. It feels like I could hold a chin up position with less burn feeling even though I know my arms are a lot weaker

  • And I was proud of doing a 580 lbs, thanks for shattering the ego man :P

  • control the weight buddy or you'll hurt yourself.

  • Awesome... just awesome.

  • I just started leg pressing this year...I started out doing in the 600 range for a 5 rep and now im at 900..I turned 15 in january..and rep 900 3 times now

  • well he's still fat, so ha!

  • Why is everybody so dedicated to the leg press? Its an unnatural lift and lets the lifter cheat like crazy. Do some squats (front, or back), they are much more beneficial and you don't have to empty the whole room of weights just to do them.

  • you only go down halfway and you use your arms to help you. FAIL

  • another B.S. video

  • Hey, what's with the jerky, fuzzy video? Could you do it again and film it properly, please?

  • who goes to the guy in jeans? are you working and working out? wf..your using your hands to push the weight and your not going down all the way. plus that guy is not metal 200 lb..

  • sick jeans bro

  • Hello everybody I am 15 and can do 950 in leg press im trying to do more. If you do not believe me I will make a video and post it on my profile kk

  • hey buddy, im 16 and can rep 1000 10 times so ha!

  • @dominicthebeast u could if u been doing it from 8

  • @dominicthebeast id love to see that

  • 1900 lbs is hell of a lot of weight but take ure hands off ure knees and take the safetys off go all the way down then ill be impressed

  • Now you have a leg AND chest work out.

  • ya now trying doing half that the right way and i with the guy before no hands

  • lol im a lightweight freshmen and i can do 1300...

  • @thedudewithaname BULLSHIT. fuggin keyboard warrios always stronger then everyone else lmfao.

  • honestly you can't buddy

  • I thought you are supposed to put your legs higher and use your heels. The way he did it it's much easier!!!

  • YOU CANT PUT UR HANDS ON UR KNEES, RETARD.. And LOSE SOME WEIGHT.

  • i think he is also counting his own, 500 lb body weight in the total. he is so fat. maybe a better way to impress the ladies would be to lose a couple hundred pounds.

  • @mycrx89,

A better way to impress people with your intellect would be to stop posting as though you're 10 years old.

  • I'm always scared of the weights coming all the way down and crushing me!

  • @TimpBizkit 2 things wrong with that, 1.if you cant push the weight then dont try. 2.if your afraid of weights then you dont belong in a gym

  • @Xxxfindingemo123xxX not so much that, just a weight machine that starts off easy and gets harder and harder as the sine of the knee angle increases and the sled comes down past the point of no return without stops or a way of getting out. I prefer the on your back shoulder pad style leg press/squat machine.

  • @TimpBizkit OOO i get what you mean like just not being able to get it back

  • OMG, i can 450 :)

  • what sound is that......u loosing virginity???

  • Coleman didn't do a bench/leg press to get the 2300. Get your hands of your knees.

  • dude. that is some superhuman shit.

  • u need to hit more sus and deca

  • whats the raptor noises

  • drjohnny89 Dead lifts help alot also squats anything that works the legs and back your back is the core for your whole body, strengthining your back will allow you to be able to handle that much weight on your legs and knees and stretch, also spinning helps too. the excersize class.

  • dont bounce it off the bump stops at the bottom

  • ummm one don't put your hands on your knees ok its making it less work on your legs thus making it easier and go 90 degrees im 14 i did 1010 when i was 13 i can easily do 1500 once i did 1010 5 times and im 14 you are like what thirty something and i dont even work out it;s just how strong my legs are well try those tips and you can beat that guys press

  • also i did that weight not including the weight of the machine

  • What is a proper leg press?

  • when i was 15 i started at 1200 lbs but now i reached my climax of 1500 lbs . does anyone have any idea what i can do to surpass that without using any steroids or any thing of that category

  • Uh, your gay?

  • im also going to try to hit coleman' s record right now 17 leg press 1150 pounds

  • go 90 degrees, leave your hands at the side grips (that's why they are there and so you won't fuck up your knees). Also if you are going to post a video, don't bounce the weights, that takes off most of the weight of the press and doesn't impress anybody.

  • im tryin for that, i got a ways to go, i can do bout 950 at 16 years old. sooo... haha i still gots a way to go.

  • its supossed to be leg press no hand press

  • FAIL

  • Jardine83, thats bs, ronnie is probably double your size and goes down to his ass so dont tell me your too big to go that low.

  • the assumption that "going down to your knees" on leg exercises because it is beneficial is an incorrect assumption and isn't backed by actual scientific data. any exercise whether correctly or incorrectly done still induces growth and proficiency in the fashion it's performed. whether it is the most efficient is hardly discussed in the bb community. going down below angles of 90% are the least efficient.

  • Dude stop using ur hands too! Not only that but move the safety rods! Besides ur legs r used to carrying that much weight around!

  • you show this to your friends at the bar... do your self a favor and go drink beer and chit chat with your fat friends

  • AWESOME EFFORT, nice to see your legs go parralel. gg bro

  • 1) bumped of safety pins

    2) locked knees

    3) pushed on knees

    4) didnt go all the way....

im 14 yrs old and can do 950...... the right way

  • 14 years old, and already full of shit!

  • yer right you can do 950

  • 950 grams is srs bsns

  • you can kiss those knees good by haha

  • Where TF is this? Kentucky or W. Virginia.

  • he is bouncing it off the safety pins and pushing with his hands on his knees get a life people.

  • i agree with him

  • obviously dude you weren't even close to going low enough! if you could, do a video of you doing 1000lbs all the way to your ass, and back up! and i will be impressed!

and what this guy is doing is hard as fuck! he goes to a depth though that is hard to push that much weight up! try it, and you;ll see its not that easy with that much weight!

  • well ima big guy like this lad too i can do 1600 , (videos to come)... and between the size of my chest and size of my legs we cant go alll the way u dumb shit...

  • good job dude! BUT, look at the guys depth in the video! he could of gone down quite a bit more! i Obviously no that the size of ones body decides the depth, but he had much more room to go down.....dumb shit!

  • Then lose some pounds you fat bastard.

  • Oh yeah, one more thing!

A LOT of people can easily do reps with 1,000 lbs or more. They just don't because they have this mental barrier that makes them think they shouldn't work with that much weight.

Its very sad to see guys who can press 1,000+ lbs working with maybe 450 on the leg press before they quit.

  • i agree with you 100% on that... for a long time i didnt think i could do anymore then 1000 and thought that was a lot.. but made myself try a little more each time i did legs, been in it 11 years ... 25 yo now, can do 1600.... (28 (45 lb plates), 2 (100lb plates) and the machine im told is 80, so thats 1540... alot more then the 1000 i was scared to try when i was younger...

  • I just leg pressed 1,350 lbs for 25 reps moving the weight 8 inches each rep last Saturday night. That was on a 45 degree angle leg press which makes the weight .707 x 1,350 = @ 955 lbs of actual weight pressed

I did reps with 1,500 lbs years ago when I was a student at Purdue University in W Lafayette, IN

I know I can handle 2,000 lbs on a 45 degree angle leg press, but the machine only handles 1,500 safely

A 30 degree angle leg press results in 50% of the weight put on. 45 degree is 70.7%

  • Bounce....Bounce....Bounce....Bounce....

  • my 14 year old cousin did 800lbs this week without using his hands

my personal best is 1500 without using my hands (ran out of rack space)

  • must have some fat ass legs

  • Bullshit, unless your cousin is an elephant

  • dam wtf? you cant use your hands but nice job

  • sdhs23 you are dum i leg press 700 and im 13

  • Thats a load os shit. Why do you even brag on the internet? People who are cocky on the internet do it because they cant say it in real life because they know its not true.

  • Its always the really fat fucks that can lift a ton of weight

  • It's not fat, its a lot of muscle mass with no definition

  • that nice work man im startin to work out and i no how hard leg pressing can be

  • Thanks I appreciate it..

  • nice legpress. I'm 13 and I can only do 445 to 500 on legpress. i can only bench 100 and squat 195 but i think I'm doing pretty good.

  • Your doing good man. Just keep it up. Thanks for the comment...

  • thanks for the support! it made me happy lol!

  • Just did 1200 pounds today and I go all the way down, knees to the chest and back up 5 times. Quite a ways from 2000 but not to shabby

  • WhAT A BUM 1 oF ALL THIS GUY IS SOOOOOO FAT WHO CARES how much he lifts no girls gonna like that body/2nd he uses his arms to push off every time // 3rd He uses the machine to help him cuz it stops every time and he gets a quick break ///not that i could leg press half of that but man wat a bum

  • lol you dunce hes bracing his knees so they don't buckle and that entire thing comes down on him

  • Hey, Now that's a good idea (having someone up there). I just posted a video of myself doing 8 reps with 1,440 lbs. The only problem is that the gym I was at had rubber coated plates (they are thicker) and we could only stack a total of 32 plates.

    Great work!!!

  • Thanks man, I really appreciate it..

  • good!

  • im an just turning 15 in a couple days and i can leg press 1200 pounds at 8 reps

  • 1500lbs at 15 years old, yeah right. you take us for a fool jackson1. i have one thing to say to all of you that say can do all this weight put your video on here and PROVE IT! and to snake9 your on acid PROVE IT!

  • I doubt Ronnie Coleman pushed on his thighs with his hands to assist. I will give you some credit as those were almost full reps.

  • im 1 years old and do 1000000 kg at benchpress is that good? Why the fuck shall every idiots say think like that?

  • I just started working out and I can hardly do any weight and I"m 17. I think my max bench is around 90-100 pounds. I'm working every other day so that I can bench 150 by the end of the school year.

  • hey im 17 and workin out for baseball, have someone or yourself set up a routine....lets say 5 day

    chest

    back

    arms

    legs

    shoulders

give it a shot and try to stick to it, you'll see your weight increase quickly. and do more than 3 sets of most things, preferably 5 with a drop set if you can.

have fun hope it works out for u

  • damn ur weak

  • No shit shirtlock.

  • lmao ^.^

  • sorry i forgot to say 600-650 pounds** please answer

  • thats sounds really good man. keep it up. You may just beat me one day.. The only advice I can give is not to over do it. Know your limitations.

  • Ok thank you. and by the way you were very impressive and thanks for the advice.

  • im 14 and i can do 600 to 650 is that good??

  • im 16 and can do 5 reps of 400kg, is this any good?

  • why sure that is a great start..

  • walk your legs up higher on the platform in order to achieve a deeper and more legitimate leg press (that looks painful on the knees and a little shy of 90 degrees)

  • Doesnt Ronnie Coleman lift like 1034kg or something.

But man I wish I could leg press tht. I only do 360kg and im 16. But im on my way

  • Just keep the training up. You will get there. that is what I had to do.. Just keep with it.

  • thanx heaps man. appreciate it (Y)

    strong legs

  • yea man thats good for your age for sure, keep up the hard work and training, and youll get some great gains...

  • Thanks, i appreciate it...

  • Im currently at 1305lbs and I have teh same habit of trying to push on my knees ..like the man said your arms need to be elsewhere

  • haha thts an impressive amount of weight but y dont u hold onto the handles instead of ur knees and see how much u can really do

  • thanks for the comment. I guess it is a force of habit. But, i am trying to break myself of it. But, if you watch I am not pressing down. I am actually just holding my pants...

  • haha yeah ur right it doesnt look like ur pressing down but leaving ur hands thr u might be tempted to press down but what do i know i can only do between 700 800 lbs i gotta a long way tilli can catch coleman

  • Thanks, It is jsut a habit. i have finally broken myself of.. I am almost to the world record...

  • that is amazing !!

  • Thanks i really appreciate it..

  • amazing man

  • Thanks i really appreciate it..
