maybe Osiris didnt do that well in their Crohn's trial because they didnt block TNF alpha with Remicade. This would have been a good combination to try in my humble opinion

stem cells are getting so much publicity as a therapy but it is interesting how the stem cells already inside of us have so much promise but are being overlooked. products like stem-kine and stemenhance should be more widely used
