  • @dmncau Ahh yes Atlas True Track. I thought about using that, but I'm going to use the Bachmann EZ Track with nickel silver rail. I'm just waiting for my only engine to get back from the shop. I'm trying to hunt down some TTX well cars so I can do intermodal transport.

  • @pokerguy17 Atlas true track can be cheaper than Bachmann and its much more realistic to look at and you can separate the track from the roadbed! The TTX cars you can get from modeltrainstuff com and they got discounts on Atlas true track!

  • @dmncau

Yeah I know it can separate from the roadbed. I'm just getting back into the hobby so eventually I might switch to Atlas. Yeah, it's the funnest thing. The TTX well cars were discontinued from Athearn, but I was also looking at getting them from Atlas since I found out Atlas makes them. Stock out in the stores has apparently run out, so I'm going to have to buy online. I'll check that site out right now. Thanks for the advice!

  • ella ella ella eh eh

  • I love your setup man! It reminds me of my new floor layout that I have yet to construct, just with longer straight aways. What is the minimum radius that you use for your layout? I'm going to be using 26 inch. I'm also in the process of getting into DCC, so I think I'm going to have a lot of fun experimenting with that. Anyways, have a great day and happy railroading! :)

  • @pokerguy17 Thank you buddy! This was back in September of 2007 I did this setup.

I was just using basic atlas code 100 track with 18 inch curves. These days I use that pricey Atlas True Track with the roadbed and 24 inch curves.

  • I like the song with it. I thought it was actually going to pull some black umbrella or something but i get it now.

  • Do you have layout yet? Only kids play with their trains or toys on the floor. Adults have an actual layout to run their trains. Running trains on carpet even with E-Z track or Unitrak can still screw your stuff up. Carpet fuzz, hair, etc. can still get into your locomotives, then you are gonna wonder why your stuff runs like shit. If you haven't already, it's time to build a layout, my friend. Just my opinion.

  • prolly the only time you will ever see ho trains and rihanna in the same title haha

  • @LODR4eva not if u use Bachmann E-Z Track its raised

  • Are all three of those engines powered?

  • @starguard Yes they are all powered locomotives. The leading locomotive was build by atlas model railroad, second locomotives is an athearn blue box kit and the last locomotive was made by KATO.

  • better music...

  • I would have to say this is one of your best videos I have ever seen. The music and camera works true shows the power or the former Santa Fe railroad... :)

  • esta chida la locomotora impresionante

  • cool trains but must be hevey and try all locos.

  • @LODR4eva dont worry, if he has that many locomotives his must really take care of them, plus cleans the engines, wheels, and gear box.

  • cool

  • ZOMG GO TRIANS DO YOU LIVE IN TORONTO CANADA?!?!

  • @pilotmanmax doesnt go to bars like other simple minded folk.

  • r u using regular track or EZ track

  • guys, dont freak about the carpet fuzz, if he CLEANS it out its fine...shhh.....just CLEAN it!!!

  • nice trains kinda same situation i have no where to run them but ont he floor and no room for a lay out

  • nice

  • Nice train! :)

  • Obviously your power supply has a good current rating.

  • What kind of track you're using?

  • working a good paying job and plus some overtime + no girlfriend

  • And a long time of collecting!

  • Ho is really cheap, compared to O scale. But I think there's better detail in HO though. That's why I got HO. I think I have at least 69 trains as of now.

  • @dmncau well actulay i can get all that cheap at the site on my chanel my totall will only be 200

  • @dmncau yaa, thankfuly when I grow up my wife will let me get the WHOLE basement to myself for my train layout! hopefully you get more and maybe geta layout! cheers!!

  • @dmncau haha this train stuff is why you have no girlfriend :) jk this is cool man. i like collecting trains too

  • @dmncau no gf,wife or kids is a huge money saver for any man!and we do what we want when we want without someone running our lives or making plans for us!

  • @TheBrant81 I know that feeling

  • dude! holy crap how did you like make all that money? those trains are expensive!

  • Why do people feel the need to add ridiculous music to their videos?

  • The music killed this...I hate this song.

  • Run those bombardiers!!!!

  • whats the green an white train called? is that a metroliner?

  • hate the background music

  • where did you get the csx from

  • csx is from jacksonville florida i see them all the time in wildwood florida

  • What is the radius? of the track.

  • 24 inch rad

  • I also run a tri engine consist.

It consists of 1 Atlas Gold Series dash-8

    1 Bachmann SD40-2

    And 1 Bachmann Spectrum Dash-9

All of which are DCC equiped.

  • You realy shouldn't run them on the carpet....

  • he doesn't have anywhere else to run them carpet doesn't affect them too much as long as you keep the gears clean.

  • I did'nt know that Atlas made locos with working ditch lights I thought only Kato only did, cause I've got 4 Kato SD90's and 3 Kato SD80's with working ditch lights of course their not alternating, their just solid on. I think they look pretty cool. Nice little fright your got there, Thanks for sharing this video dmncau!!!!!

  • lol this song I like!!Nice freight btw!

  • how do you run more than one train on one track

  • thats really true it happend to my frindnes union pacfic E-9 he was really pissed of

  • i will start one up some day

wanna look mid western look to it

  • where do you get all your engines???

    there great!!!!!

  • Hello BNSFME,

The leading locomotive is a Atlas Dash 8-40CW I got it from Great Western Trains in Brantford, Ontario, Canada for 139.99 in 2006. The second is an athearn I got it from the model railroad show in Cininncati, Ohio in October of 2003 for $33, and last locomotive a GP35 is a KATO that I got from the Brantford store just a few months ago. $110 was the price. I also have a Santa Fe Dash with sound that is shown in another video. do you have an email?

    Daniel

  • umbrellaaa ellaa ellallaaa eeeeyyy eeyyye yeyyy hahahaaa

  • thx bud need to find a place online or somewhere to find deals on HO scale locomotives made by Athern Genesis, atlas, or KATO in Santa Fe/BNSF, CSX, or Canadian National schemes, CEFX

  • Nice video. You could make quite the layout with all that track!
