Goode's seniority was meaningless since he had the highest absentee rating in committee. Tom did more in Congress than Goodes entire career. Unless you were one of Goode's buddies who got the pork.

Well, it's two years later and what have we got?
We should have kept Virgil Goode in Congress. With greater seniority, he wold be bringing a lot more resources into the 5th District.
