@spiritobscura Yes it has pressure sensitivity (i think 256 levels), and yes, some Wacom pens work with it (because it uses a Wacom Penabled digitizer behind the screen). I've tried with a Volito1 pen and it detects it. The Axiotron Modbook pens and some of the older Cintiq pens should also work, but i haven't had a chance to try those.
Definitely not. The X201 is a much newer than the TC4400. This video is three years old now so go with the newer technology. Lenovo makes really solid Tablet PCs.

i have that for school. the school gave everyone one and we take care of the boringness of it's appearance with stickers and white out and stuff. and it does have a good battery. the only thing is that the stylus can break kinda easily. but that's it. and like when you drop it (as i often do) it doesn't hurt it because the screen swivels and so it doesn't crack or anything. overall i agree that it's a good computer.
I'm guessing the pen may not have pressure sensitivity? Wanted to ask whether a wacom pen would work on it?
