What, a real sportbike is. 600? I have ridden 600s, 1ks, and even a zx14 and I have a sv650. I can smoke my friend on his zx6 and my other friend on his zx14 on my bike becaouse I have more skill. Not to mention when I dropped my bike it costed $50. My friends both dropped theirs and it cost the 6r $500. Get experiance on a small bike first...

it is the layout of the bike, not the rider. gsx-r are terrible for long rides, a cbr600 is nice to ride, and so is a zzr600. if you like sport bikes.
