  • There is now a 3 movement Demo of this DVD available on the chi kung page on Danny's website, damazen(dot)com. The clip is 19.1 MB and 13 minutes long, too big for YouTube. It's the full instruction and practice sections from the DVD for 3 of the 12 movements that make up Dharma-Zen Chi Kung I.

  • The music comes from a friend of Danny's, Neil Burnett. You can google him and find some of his CDs, like 'Into The Green.'
