George was so adorable! He really was a Louise French boy! And he had such beautiful wavy hair, a Harrison trait. Paul has the most pleasant speaking voice. George sounded so adorable, all of 20 years old then, the Ford Falcon era. I just love the Beatles.

Thanks for sharing. The date is incorrect however. Paul states his age as 21. This would put the interview sometime after 18 June 1963. Ringo says he is 22. This would put the interview sometime before July 7. So it falls somewhere between 19 June and 6 July 1963. :)

Actually, the Beatles' tailor Douglas Millings took credit for creating the suits they wore and claimed that Pierre Cardin ripped him off. At least that's what his (Millings) son claimed later on.

@electrocuteanna - This is 1963 (not 1962). Original poster says interview is June 30 1963 and that does look correct. Simple math. George was born in February 1943... he would not have been "Tweeeeenty" in 1962. Paul says "I'm 21" (born June 18 1942) which would be correct for June 30th 1963.  Ringo and John were born in 1940 (John October, Ringo July) which makes "22" correct again for June 30th 1963.

I think what's so great about this footage is it shows them playing covers "Till There Was You" and "Money", both of which didn't appear for another year on their next album. Once the Beatles made it big, it seemed rare for them to play covers of songs they haven't already played on an album. Also, the date has to be wrong since both John and Ringo say they are 22. They were both 23 in Nov. 63.
