I watched fullmoon wo sagashite and izumi was my favourite character, and the voice turned out to be Megumi Ogata, so it sounds like the character is singing it, haha...

He's also, Yugi from Yu-gi-oh!, Sailor Uranus from Sailor Moon, Masaya from Tokyo Mew Mew, Tier Harribel from Bleach, Yukito from Cardcaptor Sakura, and a lot more!
