This song is really addictive, I listened a few times and felt the sudden disappointment when it cuts out and doesn't complete. Jackson Browne has somthing, don't know if it is a soul or genius, whereas the Eagles version was just a quality of that moment in time. JB's dark duende is more real than what passes.

I think that the Eagles are okay. But every version of their songs that Jackson has done is better for me.
