In a day and age when Vince McMahon doesn't want fans called fans or wrestlers called wrestlers, I'm not sure that it matters that Angle is breaking character. Unfortunately, the only shows that people really watch are the ones that are distancing themselves from the idea that they're shows are not scripted. HHH calling a period during Raw as "segment 4" are things that are making wrestling look scripted. Yet the announcers still pretend like they're surprised. It's become ridiculous.
I enjoyed this interview, but isn't it a little counter-productive to break kayfabe on an angle that is still on-going? I watch TNA somewhat regularly, and this is literally the FIRST angle I've been truly interested in following. But to have Kurt already break character for some radio show ruins it a bit.
