What happened to the squad/hero rule? And you're supposed to place order markers before rolling for initiative.

As for the ladders, I always thought that each ladder space counted as one space, not two. That was the advantage of using them, you climbed up quicker. Maybe in part two you could read the rules in the book for ladder climbing. Please?
