No, lad. There was TWO endings. In One time, he was killed and that ending is the sad one where she couldn't reach the mailbox fast enough to save him. In the other time, she is able to (or is able to warn him even beforehand) and that is how they are able to meet later.
Il Mare... Oh such great memorys it brings... I don't get the same feeling from The lake house. The Lake House is nowhere near as great as Il Mare. Haha sorta makes a guy want to cry lol.
Awww, even though the Americanized Hollywood-ish remake version was ok and showed the couple actually meeting, I still thought that overall the original Il Mare was alot better! It's soundtrack, the plot, and the characters seemed more suited, sweeter, and touching. :D

Nope tt guy turned back the time so tt he actually read Eul-Joo's letter n avoided the accident. Gosh this is such a nice show! I love it! :DD

I haven't seen the remake one. Is it nice? But I think this movie is a little bit slow.
