It's a great great base for pedals really, I cut myself on it once... my cat peed on it, and well, the pedal base actually killed my parents. But aside from that - highly recommended! :)

I recently purchased a 1SPOT, loved the unit,didn't like the high pitch humm noise I got using it.I can't hear it while I play,but it's there ,and it is annoying. I tried it thru different cables,plugged it into different outlets at diff. locations,and am certain the sound is due to the 1SPOT. Has anyone else had this problem? I haven't looked into the Voodoo or T-Rex mentioned,but if it's noiseless, I'm interested. If anyone has some feed back on any of this I'd appreciate the help.

hmmm...have used the 1spot live and didn't notice the hum...but my bigger boards have either VooDoo Pedal Power 2, or the Trex...I use and love them both...go ahead and make the investment if possilbe...well worth the money for isolated power to each pedal..

@leftystrat62 Yeah, I'm getting the same thing. Even with five or so pedals i get this high pitched hiss noise. I have found that it is pretty bearable unless you have a pedal that already makes a similar noise, the combination of my Boss RC-2 and the 1SPOT is too much. All in all, much better then what i was using, which was an AC/DC adapter off a canon printer... wouldn't recommend it.
