It's very hard to start working out, especially if you are out of shape, like I was. I did start working out, and playing sports, and have been for 3 years, but I have only gained more weight. I am in top physical shape and can run faster than most of you fuckers. My family are all athletic (you would know my uncle if I said who he was), but still all of them are overweight. We don't have any heart problems, cancer or illnesses. So stop being judgemental assholes, it's not like you think it is.
