Grind Box Tricks - Brad Jensen

where did you get the coping from that you used?

@Tomfleetsk8 I went to a local metal 'shop' and asked them if they had angle iron. They showed me a large stack of different widths, and i picked one that was maybe 1.5x2 inches (i don't remember the exact size), and they cut it for me to the length I wanted it, and it only cost me ~$14.. I got the angle iron wider on one side so i could screw it into the 2x4 on the side of the box, rather than on the top of the box.

@tchouker1800 I ride Bones Super Swiss 6. If you can't afford them I would suggest Bones Reds.. Reds are not as good, but better than others at the same price range as themselves.

man you are pretty good i just built a grind box so could you tel me how you learned all off those tricks? how did you get over the fear off getting onto it? please respond.

@parkoursk8ing How's your skating coming along? You gotta start small. Build a box only a few inches high and work your way up as it begins to feel too easy. It takes some time but it's totally worth it! You'll eventually start to progress real fast and be awesome. I suggest learning manuals to the best that you can!

@matdoomn Do you mean the grindbox? If so, I just thought of it all in my head and bought the goods and put them together the best possible way I could.. Maybe I'll make a video showing and explaining some details of the box and how it's made, for YouTube.

@bradwjensen Aww please do! There was a grindbox how-to on Youtube that was done by Marc Churchill that was recorded from an old TV program. But this man looks more compact and easier to skate, plus less materials to use to!
