If you want to get a tattoo, you'd better think it will hurt a lot ... so you prepare your mind for a big pain and then finally you feel almost nothing!!! ;)

That's true, Bill gets his 1st tattoo without permission at 15, honestly, I don't know how that was possible. Maybe in Germany people don't need parents permission. What I know is that in Portugal if you have less than 18 you need parents permission. And I'm sorry, I don't know how this works in Scotland but, please, don't do one without your parents permission. You could get a lot of troubles!!!
