@AyohJay what up man! wfc homie right? the color was a custom take on acuras carbon bronze pearlescent.. it was about 4500 for the respray including reshaping the fenders and shaving antenna/trunk keyhole and some other bodywork.

@ChubbeeChao thanks, it was an '03 actually. and yes a matte black or white would look really good, ive seen it done before.. the bumper was stock w/chargespeed cf ducts and a greddy front lip. the grille is the jdm sti 02/03 grille with middle emblem shaved. hope this helps

@motoman416 true pearl paint is a tri-coat and sprayed in 3 stages; a base coat, a pearl mid coat, and a clear. there are pigments in the pearl coat that alter the light when reflected making different colors/hues show up when viewing the paint from different angles.

there's plenty types of blue pearls you could paint your car. check out some body shops around you bc its hard to say how much you will pay since rates vary from place to place
