@gaberzzm21: This is actually Julian Beever. Kurt Wenner is another artist who does similar work. Julian Beever is mislabeled as Kurt Wenner in a different YouTube video, so I was confused, too. I googled them both (as well as the term "pavement Picasso" which is shown on one of the drawings in this video), and this is definitely Julian Beever. Kurt Wenner's work is very impressive, too.
