Well, the Holy Trinity is the main difference between Christianity, and Judaism and Islam.

My Priest actually has had this dicussion with local Muslims at the Islamic Center during an inter-faith activity.

It's something that we have to agree to disagree on, since their can be no middle ground between the two posistions theologically.

Yes that is the main difference and the Biggest one infact for it is the First Commandment. I will say only one God one religion. Which one. Judaism and Islam agree on God but disagree on Jesus(pbuh) and Mohammad(pbuh) and Christians don't agree with Judaism and Islam on God and with Moslims on Mohammad(pbuh).
