I have an idea to solve this type of collisions. The bus on the cliff side as it aproach the blind sport should shot a small rock with color smole lets say red, and the other bus also shot a small rocket of different color, like those fireworks, it is less expensive than to have the bus get fixed. The driver said it is hard to find that type of light for his broken bus.. Ingenuity is the key to tackle this road.
