I think it sounds better at this speed, probs because hard dance has evolved to be played at a faster speed now. At 0 pitch I bet it sounds way too slow now. Good that its stood the test of time though and still sounds good (even pitched right up)
If it was this speed used in the right context i.e. right in the middle of a 60min mix, it'd be absolutely perfect but listening to it in it's entirety at this speed just doesn't have the same impact.
Hearing it in a mix would make it so much better. But yes, it's still a bangin tune nevertheless.
i know its a bit of a mission but you can get a vinyl to mp3 converter from argos for about 50 quid the only problem is the needle on it is pants but all you gotta do is expand the compression rate of the mp3 or convert to wav...
if you have a set of decks, or even just a turntable, get a lead to plug it in through your mic socket on your comp/laptop, download a programme called audacity, and wallah! Record your vinyl to mp3 format!
