I learnt them by ear but they're pretty much: Intro: Am - Bm7 C - D - E - Am Am - F - C Verse: C - C - F - G [x4] F - F - Am - G [x4] [a C chord is used in the section between verses] Then repeat the verse chords and then the intro chords for the "live through this.." etc, then the verse chords for the "there's one thing I'll want to say..." :] Hope that helped and let me know how your arrangment turns out!
