omg. i thought, this is hell for sure when i got off them. electric shocks on my head, nausea, dizziness, confusion, incredible fear that came from nothing. i totally feel for you. crazy dreams, i forgot about those! you will get thru it! promise! keep going! you are soooo freakin awesome!!!

@debradebbiedeb Glad I'm not the only one who has gotten those weird electric shocks in my head. The first time it happened to me, it freaked me out so much! I'm definitely going to get through this. I can't wait for the day when I can throw these pills in the trash and never have one of those side effects EVER again!!

I love your videos. You are seriously such an inspiration to me. I had been on an SSRI many years ago and came off cold turkey... Not fun! I love your mix of emotions in this video. It really accurately portrays how it feels to go through this type of withdrawal and detox. You are inspiring me to make my own health related youtube channel now. :)

Is your Dr. helping you wean off? My Dr. did not help me at all.............so I was on my own. Gabapention & Zoloft wean took 5 weeks of hell for each one. I had to go minute to minute for 5 wks! No other word other than hell can touch what I went thru. The main character on fight club makes total sense to me now.

@ironbith My ex- psychiatrist told me to go cold turkey off of it, which is rediculous! My new doc is helping me, but I still have bad days. I think I did watch one of your videos about it a long time ago. I remember one of your stories sounded like a hellish nightmare to the max!!! Weaning off of Zoloft caused awful "brain zaps" and emotional outbursts. It was bad!

I have been on benzos for a few years, it is not easy, i will be praying for you. i weaned off effexor and it was the worst. it was a two month process.

LOVED this video!!!! You did so great on the skit part! LOL. I can relate to the crazy SSRI side effects. Im so scared of the side effects and weaning process that Im too afraid to try them again. Im sending lots and lots and LOTS of positive healing vibes your way! This too shall pass!

When I saw we both posted skits, I was like, we all need to do a potsie variety show!!!:) The fear of weaning off of this stuff has plagued me for a long time now, but I know it's something I've got to do, and hopefully it will be worth it! I definitely need all the positive healing vibes I can get!:)

I'm recently come off cymbalta and it has been crazy--moodwise. I've been a big grump and have bouts of horribly negative thoughts. I pray you get through all of this.

@rx2mozart OMG, I have the awful negative thoughts as well!! It's so stressful beyond words!! I try and focus on positive things or memorize scripture, but it's like impossible at times to stop my brain from doing that! Thank you for your prayers. That means alot.
