The negative comments will create doubts and uncertainty in you and automatically CLOSE your mental doors. If that happens there's really no point in your making any attempt at all. @faze3todd might be,but i stay clear from that stuff,i medicate myself and i'm the only person i know who is so mentally challenged with no positive outlook on life.Well i should be talking of it in past form because i subconciously took over myself and it's improving.Also it might have been an extreme case of puberty,and childhood traumas because my past hasn't been very positive.Cant give up,not until the universe is clear.

I am yet to try EFT,i've read a lot about it and it seems promising,at least it's more scientifically logical than all those fail systems that rely on the power of your faith.Been looking for a cure for social phobia derived from shallow personalities that surround me cause of my tremors,it's a hard nut because it's like a dead circle.I'm not really sure what's causing the physical symptoms,but they obscure normal life

I have read in some new thought books it is important to use only positive affirmations, without phrases that include the name of what's bothering you.ie :

" I don't want to be broke " It is said that the spirt mind will pick up on the

" want to be broke " and not hear the "don't ". So then the words need to be chosen carefully. " I am prosperous" Wealth flows to me like a river.

I'm new to eft, but I see it working for me with very little time investment.

I thought that acupressure and acupuncture were to relieve physical illnesses and pain. What does tapping yourself have to do with mental issues ?
