You should probably lower some settings. You're a nice guy, but it's hard to really get into a let's play if it's choppy and laggy.

You can try turning down the render distance too, or making the actual window smaller instead of full screen if that's what you play in. I've had a lot of trouble with lag trying to record in minecraft. ):

@IIxSC4RF4CExII u can try and put ur graphics on fast(they may be already i cant tell) and use a different recording software. FRAPS is the best i just cant tell if u are using fraps. if none of those work try upgrading your RAM or Graphics card. Hope this helps (:
