  • Alright mate, your abs are awesome fair play, and i know you get shit for mixing up the p90x exercises but i think its a good idea, mixin it up keeping the body guessing which is the way to go.

    just wondering if you do any weighted exercises? ive only seen you add weight to the crunches.

    and how many times a week do you do this?

  • @rs21lion you can't say destined if you're 16. Just keep at it, be consistent. It it's actually a big advantage starting working out at that age. If you reach 21 with the same training, you'll be epic, trust.

  • hey man like your stuff... jus a quick ??? how often if you do, do you need 2 switch up the exercises i.e evry 2 or 4 weeks before your abs get use 2 the same workout and then you platau or can you jus maintain the same exercises 4 say 4 months and still get the same results... and also do you recommend cardion straight after to help with loss of fat...

  • @BrandonCarterTV i know a lot and the majority of non-white guys do in fact have great genetics. they have great muscle structure and they build muscle very fast. Of course they are fat non-white people but majority of black guys have an easier time building muscle mass.

    You can still be skinny and have lots of body fat, on the bad side, you can't get very big but on the plus side you can get ripped easily.

  • @Winterfang lmaooo skinny with "LOTS" of body fat?? when ur skinny u basically have less than 7% body fat, and average person is 12%

  • @venmassful You definentally need some rest, just change up what ur doing, increase the weights if you are using weights, eat better.. vegtables, less fat, etc... and i was probabley increase the minuts/hours and not the days.

  • @venmassful never work out the same muscle 2 times in 2 days for your legstake a 4 day break abs 2 day large muscles groups 3-4 days break smaller 2-3 days or until your not sore

  • @venmassful just eat right complex carb, protein, and good fat source such as flaxseed or salmon(also good protein source). dont extend ur workout 30-60 min is already good enough. having your workout too long is over training ur muscle. when u work out switch it up every week as well as increasing the weight(pyramid) so u can gain muscle but remember nutrition is the most important when it comes to muscle building and then a legit workout.. stay away from sugary food(ice cream, doughnuts)

  • @venmassful no problem glad i can help, dont shy away from fat especially omega-3 fat which can be found in flaxseed and salmon.

  • @venmassful oh yea workout 3-4 days max, u need to let ur body rest, dont workout seven days a week. do some cardio as well(whenever it's best for u). 

  • @venmassful if youre not sore from your workout, then u might need to adjust it. more weights less reps(pyramid like i said earlier).

  • I like these "do until you can't do anymore" exercises... I can only do about 2 of some of these before I die, which is pretty terrible.
