Kurama and Piccolo are more similar than you think, its a good benevolent comparison of the characters - Hell, if you wanted to take Yu Yu's fanboy side, I'd say that Piccolo gets BLOWN TO HELL less than Kurama does, every fight Kurama's in (sans Elder Toguro and Sensui) winds up with him battered and on the floor.
that's not really that true...it's more like half the fights he's in....and he's in alot more fights than piccolo because dbz is centered (almost) 100% around goku and can't really give the other characters that many chances to be awesome...i think they're both good animes...i just personally like yyh alot better because more time is spent developing the characters and actually fighting and less is spent dragging shit out with filler scenes and meaningless talking all the time

It was Poltergeist Report, the transformation lowers his defense due to all the eyes on his body and he only uses it as a last resort also since he has the stronger dragon of the darkness flame he probably wouldn't need it anymore, it could also tax his demon energy or body.

have you watched the last fight ? anyway the dragon of the darkness flames is a upper class B demon power and sensui is a S class demon not to mention yomi who is a super S class demon and no fucking telling what class of a demon yusuke are at the last episode. the dragon of the darkness flames doesnt enhance your power, you just use the dragons power and the dragons power compares with toguru so basically toguru would have been able to withstand it and then rip hiei to pieces

@okiedouk Yeah....i always wondered why they never made him use his transformation again.now the ONLY logical excuse is bcuz he was completely vulnerable due to all those eys on his body...And he prlly didnt want that to happen again like it did in this episode...thats the only logical excuse i just NOW today came up with lol...i nvr watched the movie but why would he use it AGAIN on whoever was the villain there but NOT o toguro or sensui? was he THAT desperate in the movie or something!?
