@ViktorBluhme Slumdog Millionaire, while very different from the book, holds the same core plot.

Poor Indian boy wins the grand prize in India's version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" The only problem is that the producers of the show didn't anticipate anyone winning this early, and it could bankrupt the show. As a result, said producers attempt to get the boy arrested by proving he cheated. The movie plays out in flashback as the boy is interrogated by police officers.
