I agree also with hs3nne. You should not heat shea butter directly on a heat source it will make it grainy. Then while your oil is melted you should let it come to a cooler temperature then add essential oils in and mix well. By just adding drops it is not mixed well. I don't agree with your video "Dr", and you should do your research before posting a video. Now your product will be grainy, not mixed well, and ready for use. I wouldn't use it. Sorry
