The problem with this video is that he use a twist tie and he also twisted the bag. All this often won't hold the vacuum. I've been successful with just a simple tiny string but it is too complicated to explain. Once you know its easy. PM me and when I make a DYI I will let you know.

I tried this yesterday, and sealed it with an IKEA Bevara food bag clip. Seems okay so far. Brilliant.
