The sara godsword restores a certain percentage of your prayer and hp according to the damage you do with the spec.

you traded the god sword, which is just about 70-80mill the hilt is cheaper you didn't trade the hilt you traded the whole sword, so she could be right the hilt is probably around 30-40mill.
