First, take an English class or six. Second, there is adequate anti-missile technology available that would have eliminated the problem. The Israeli government just didn't find it cost-efficient.
2) Currently, there is no adequate anti-missile technology for the specific type of rockets and missiles that are being launched. However, the Israelis are in the process of making one known as the `Iron Dome` system which will manage to stop them, it should be ready for 2010.

Aside from your pathetic insult, the "rockets and missiles" they've been firing can be constructed by anyone with some scrap metal and black powder, and as I've said, they don't exactly have a good track record of actually detonating in the first place. A simple solution would be to use low-collateral artillery to hit the specific (cont)
(cont) location that the missiles/rockets were being fired from. Instead, Israel has resorted to "the same tactics" that the "terrorists" use, firing artillery at random, causing what can only be described as intentional collateral damage. I highly doubt that Israeli intel is so terrible that they don't know where most of the rockets are fired from, or at least the general area. Firing far from where the rockets were fired from is not a decent response.

But there is of course a much better way. Israel could simply honour the ceasefire as Israel admits that no rockets were fired by HAMAs during the ceasefire - that is until Israel BROKE the ceasefire on November 4th 2008 while the world was distracted by Barak Obamas election.
