This is a very inappropriate interpretation of this piece. Su Chang's playing is too harsh. Jiwei and Lang Lang's version is the best one I've heard so far. The context of this piece is peace and serenity as the title and the poem indicate.

The translation of the title/poem in the info part is erroneous. It should not be translated as "A night on the lake beneath the maple bridge" as the Maple Bridge spans over a river in Suzhou. The correct translation should probably be "A Night on a boat beneath the Maple Bridge".
