american idol is much better than xfactor. im not even american and i notice it. they talk more intelligently there, the judges aren't annoying or squabbling all the time. i get headaches everytime i watch xfactor

The fact is, the Cowell Factor is a podcast that pries the public. It's not that he lied or stated something more than Simon knows... it's designed to create controversy! It's his brother. When you listen to the podcast you'd get the feel of it.
