I have tried 2 Cyclone media players. Both produced jerky playback from any res video played from my external hard drives. Pictures would stop every 2 seconds. No probs if I played back through my Humax HD PVR tho.

Any ideas?

@R1CKY1979 I also have the same problem, I have tried overwriting film, i have tried viewing from SD card ext. HDrive, USB memory stick but still films that have this problem stop in exactly the same place then plays next film. As you say the film OK using windows media player and your right it is frustrating to get most of the way through only to find no ending! You can try pressing the info button twice whilst viewing film and punch in a counter reading nearly at the end of the film to check

This will do it for you, if you have got HDMI or Svideo connection on your TV.
