I always use a barbell bar without any weights on it and place it as if I'd do squats just with the arms fully extended around it. that way the arms always stay straight on both sides and you can fully concentrate on the rest of the exercise.
I like this one, I haven't been working out much lately due to a busy life right now, but I most definitely will fit this into my schedule. Also, I would have never thought of jerking or w/e you were doing when going the other direction, love it.
So yesterday, I was working the fron desk at the health club, and had basically nothing to do, so I remembered this and still got to do my workout, had a couple members askin questions, some laughin, but it worked and now they wanna try, BTW ur fliers are gone...and I made 100 jus to see how they'd do...
