  • Dude here's the deal. I've cut white bread out of my diet and I've replaced it with something called "arepas" they're all 100% perecent corn like patties. And my question is if they're a better option than lets say whole grain bread for days I feel like not eating bread. Please answer!

  • @MisanthropikOne You shouldnt do it at all ,its a waste of time,theres fuck all contraction for very littel duration with zero resistance,doing it with weights is dangerous due to lumbar rotation with added momentum.Rotational movements need a rubber band or cable machine resitance to be effective and safe and you dont need to even rotate your spine at all,rotate your whole body from the feet up.I WOULDNT BE ASKING A CLOWN LIKE SCOTT FOR ADVICE ANYWAY

  • studies have shown that this is ineffective for the obliques, it's basically a waste of time. Besides you want a waist as small as possible and don't need to work obliques directly.

  • @balplayer21 Don't know if this was ment as sarcasm (ignor this if it was) but creatine isn't bad for you as long as you have no pre-existing medical problems such as poor kidney's. If taken properly, and you have no medical problems then it will have only benefits.

  • @kyleKAB00M i had the same problem, all you have to do is keep at it. sometimes it takes a muscle longer to develop.

  • @kyleKAB00M Just increase the overall workout on your right side by 2. So, if u are doing 10 reps for your left side, then do 20 reps for your right.

  • @ScottHermanFitness You can do exactly the same with a weight ball? I was wondering since like last 2 weeks i twisted hard and my rib cage hurted for a day but im allright, right now.

  • I always use a barbell bar without any weights on it and place it as if I'd do squats just with the arms fully extended around it. that way the arms always stay straight on both sides and you can fully concentrate on the rest of the exercise.

  • I like this one, I haven't been working out much lately due to a busy life right now, but I most definitely will fit this into my schedule. Also, I would have never thought of jerking or w/e you were doing when going the other direction, love it.

    Also special request for another exercise: The Neck machine. I hear if you buzz your head, building your neck makes you look less like a pencil neck. No one knows how to do the neck machine it seems.
