@ninanee2008 most people actually do cook it on a pan i think this chap is filipino so this may be the way they cook it over there but i wouldnt worry about ordering it from your local im sure they would cook it using the traditional chinese method.

i recently watched this.. the ings is great lots of stuff. but the problem is the way of cooking.. for me much better u cook it on flat grill surface or skillet which is great if your only using egg to combine all the ingredients... :
