Love Is features Andy Summers who went on to the Police. He plays about an 8 minute solo on Colored Rain. The albums were somewhat erratic but there are some real gems in there. Eric Burdon and Joe Cocker ar the two best vocalist of the period.
Jefferson Airplane (Today) is a well done song that I have only heard on British Internet radio. Always a big Animals fan and again I only ever heard Hotel Hell on Internet radio.

Why did they have to record a siren at 1.03 when he says "in the dark I hear a siren"? It kind of spoils it for me.
