If it was my life on the front lines, I expect I'd be even more vigilant about voting only for representation by candidates who will only consider war valid as a last resort.

Totally... A GREAT military leader would not allow himself to be diminished to the president's publicist and testifying with congress making a case for war. His job is to carry out the mission the president sets. I lost all respect for him when he did that. Its like he's taking responsibility for Bush's actions and that is WRONG.
