GUYS ITS SO MUCH EASIER !! Just go to google and search: true crime la gc cheats then you go to gameradar or gamespot.. you look the cheat up. you turn on your gamecube and go to any free roam mission. you go to map then you enter the cheat. if you did the right way you'll hear a sound. then go to exit and go to resume game. then you'll see a snoop dogg head at the top left at the levels screen :D THUMBS UP SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IT!
