The mayor as part of the emergency management service failed to call for a mandatory evac in the time frame needed for the local police to, as they do in Florida, go from house to house and order people to leave. Mayor Naggins didn't do that, didn't provide for transportation of the poor and infirm. He recommended thousands to a shelter of last resort and failed to provide supplies.Naggins needs to be investigated. Why would the goverment put New orleans first when it was a five state tragety?

he promised tax cuts for all, often being quoted as saying "Whoever pays taxes gets a tax break."

And Oddly enough he promised a humble foreign policy with emphasis on no nation building.
