Getting Error "IK bone cannot be applied to stroke"????

Try this: Select All of your strokes (or just select entire shape+strokes) > Modify > Shape > Convert Lines to Fills

I do the exact same thing you do but when i try to put select the bone tool to different joints it has the bone with a little x??!!

meh, this bone tool can help with slow motion animation but i dont like to stray to far from Flash pro 8
